Edit Designer files when compiled to 64 bit-Visual Studio 2015

In Actual Map 4.4 there is 32 and 64 bit .dll's. Since Visual Studio is a 32 bit application I am unable edit any of designer files in forms that reference 64 bit Actual Map .dll. To edit the designers file I have to change the referenced 64 bit .dll to the 32 bit one and then recompile the program to AnyCPU.  Once I do that I am then able make the changes to the designer files, then to run the application I have to remove the reference to the 32 bit .dll and the and the reference to the 64 bit .dll. Any suggestions that could help with this issue?

This is not an issue, this is a limitation of Visual Studio.

We suggest to have two configurations, one for development/design with the 32-bit ActualMap and another configuration (production) for 64-bit environments with a post-build event which will replace(using the DOS copy command) the 32-bit ActualMap dlls in the output folder of this configuration with the 64-bit ActualMap dlls.
